Paris: 02.21 Academie Nationale de Musique

This was the first official full day. We woke up super early and drove into the city of Paris. First stop, the Academie Nationale de Musique. It houses some of the world's best opera performances and was absolutely incredible. I could just imagine walking around in a Christian Dior couture gown and soaking up the Opera. Ah, so French. I couldn't understand much of the tour, as I opted for the French tour and not the English one. I figured if i'm going to be in France, I might aswell do everything in French, even if it means only being able to understand a few words in a sentence. But, just to be inside this palace (it's not an actual palace, but it felt like one) alone was enough.

Paris: 02.20

My host family and I parted from Bordeaux last Saturday 20th of Fevrier and drove the 6 hours to Paris. The French countryside was so gorgeous, we drove past a few castles and various other things but I couldn't take pictures as we only stopped at the petrol stations. We arrived at about 5pm that day and walked the streets of Paris as the sun was setting. I can't wait to post those photos, Paris really is beautiful at night. But I think i'm going to post everything else first. Here's a little summary of the places I visted in Paris for Liana and Genevie! (and anyone else who is interested...)

IN PARIS TILL WEDNESDAY
and probably without internet access, so last blog post till then.
