okay, well i haven't been able to take proper photographs yet because im always with people, and i look like an idiot tourist stopping to take pictures every 2 seconds... so i've decided to wait until im allowed to go out by myself. here are some REALLY REALLY quick snaps that i literally took my camera out for a second, pressed the button and then put it away. and i don't even mean my slr, i mean my little digital canon...

second day of school in france, c'est bon! i managed to sneak my coat upstairs, i'll have to try for the shoes next time. my outfits aren't very cool i must say, probably because i dont want to look too out of place here. i didn't take my doc martens at the very last minute, and i wish i did... i also need photoshop back, i hate the yellow-ness in the shots. i guess i'll just have to learn how to use my camera properly... lol

this is the inside of my house, j'aime ça! we eat bread with every meal, we just break it of and put it on the table, it's so cool! i will have to take images of the outside, its so cute! Mon français is improving by the second, but i still suck majorly! i've made heaps of friends though, they are all so nice! its bittersweet though, everything i seem to do reminds me of the twins (my best friends!) :( au revoir for now! i will try take images of my school tomorrow :)

01.25 First Day Of School..

Okay, my uber cool Lacoste jacket and boots are downstairs (where they have to be kept), so i'll have to do my outfit post without the two most important items :( but this is what I wore to my first day of school! Pretty unoriginal outfit, however no one here knows that :P

I met the cutest French boy today! He showed me around the school and to all my classes, he's also one of the few people who can speak English very well! (and on that note, I swear my own English is deteriorating by the second, even writing this in English is becoming difficult!) It is amazing here though, everything is so beautiful and everyone rides bikes everywhere. I can't understand much, but im getting used to that. I've learned so much in the last 48 hours though! School is more fun than I would've thought, it's very much like school back home, but at the same time so different. People are very uniquely dressed, there's really a sense of personality in peoples clothes... more so than Perth. I've fallen into the arty crew, which doesn't surprise me one bit. Except for the fact that i can't draw :/ For the people who understand the French school system, I'm in Premiere and majoring in Français literature. Hopefully tomorrow i'll be able to sneak my boots and jacket upstairs for a proper outfit post :) bonne nuit!
